Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, many arts organizations have realized the value and power of maintaining online and hybrid programming. It provides patron choice and flexibility, while also reaching a wider audience. As we are segueing into the endemic, organizations can consider how the realized lessons can influence future programming. Creating online programs that are accessible to and inclusive of persons with disabilities are also vital to the planning process. This session will explore necessary considerations when designing, marketing, and implementing online programming in order to create an equitable experience for all through an inclusive design approach.
