Join The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities for an opening reception for A Toast To The Boogie: Art In The Name of Funk(adelic) on Tuesday, June 25th from 7 to 9 pm.

Prepare to immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of funk music, psychedelic rock, sci-fi futurism, and the cultural movements they ignite.

This juried art exhibition, A Toast To The Boogie: Art In the Name of Funk(adelic), features never-before-seen archival works and memorabilia from Funkmaster, George Clinton, his family, and Parliament Funkadelic. Coupled with original artworks by 20 talented artists from the DC metropolitan area, it promises to be an unforgettable journey through the past, present, and future of these influential genres. Mr. George Clinton will be in our CAH Gallery for the event.
