Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair
Kymber Lovett-Menkiti is currently the Regional Director for the Maryland/DC Region for Keller Williams Realty International. In this role Kymber leads the growth of 19 offices with close to 5,000 real estate professionals across the region. She is the first African-American woman and one of the youngest executives named to the role in the company's history.
Prior to this, Mrs. Menkiti was the President of Sales for The Menkiti Group and for Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWCP), two companies recognized for growth, innovation, and for demonstrated success and achievement in the residential real estate industry. Mrs. Menkiti led strategy for the MG Residential sales team as an award-winning broker, holding Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation.
In 2015, Mrs. Menkiti was recognized by Washington SmartCEO as a 2015 Brava award winner, for distinguished achievement as a member of Greater Washington's top women business leaders. She has served as the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS (GCAAR) Rookie Committee Chair, and as a member of the Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWVP) Agent Leadership Council for the Washington,Capitol Hill market center. Most recently, Mrs. Menkiti served on the board of directors for the DC Association of REALTORS and is a current board memebr for WISE, Women in Solidarity for Empowerment, a non-profit in Washington, DC working to support organizatons that serve women and children.
A Ward 4 resident, Kymber holds two master's degrees in social work and law and social policy from Bryn Mawr College.
