In the past, we have run into issues with last-minute cancellations and no shows. How would we manage that with transportation costs?
If transportation is part of your budget and that suddenly changes, you are still responsible for those funds, and will need to contact your grant manager to discuss possibilities. We are still in pandemic times, so it's important to determine a reasonable and feasible budget for this project.
Would organizations be able to use the funds towards transportation for staff members to get to schools?
Transportation costs for organization personnel to perform at the school is permissible.

What are the different lotteries and when are they (roughly) due?
Since awards are sent in October, do you recommend we apply for the September - January spots in August, even though we won't yet know if we received the award?
Do you have recommendations about what months are better for field trips? For example, I tried to find the upcoming school year's testing calendar but can't find it.
