Lawrence Green is the Founder of Time Traveling Media, Inc.
Mr. Green, a native Washingtonian, founded Time Traveling Media Inc. in 2010. The company produces original content and provides visual solutions for clients through filmmaking and photography. The company’s work was featured at the Prince George’s County African American Museum & Cultural Center, Community Harvest Festival, Anacostia Arts Center, The University of the West Indies Open Campus St. Kitts & Nevis, Atlas Performing Arts Center, and Experimental Biology. Recently, Mr. Green completed and premiered documentaries entitled Kinks, Locs, and Love and Ronnie’s Nation, and worked with The Artfullness Project to co-create My Happy Is, a short doc-series about how various people define their own happiness.
Mr. Green has a background in video production, television programming, and communication, including for the Service Employee International Union, Prince George’s County Community College, Murray Hill Productions, and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems. Mr. Green has served as an Advisory Review Panelist for the Commission on the Arts and Humanities Project-Based East of the River Grant in 2013, the City Arts Project Grant in 2014, and the Artist Fellowship Grant in 2015. He was selected as Featured Artist of the River Juried Exhibition; Honfleur Gallery in 2012 and 2014, and became a StudioDaily 50 Award Recipient in 2016.
A Ward 8 resident, Mr. Green received a Bachelor in Arts in Film and Media Arts from Temple University, School of Communications.
