Public Art Master Plan

The DC Creates! Public Art Master Plan (PDF) completed in 2009, establishes a framework for commissioning new artworks in the public realm for the next five years. The plan describes how artworks can relate to ways in which the city is building its future: weaving a new fabric of neighborhood anchors, building a green and sustainable city, and stimulating the Creative Capital.
